We want people to know that they are important to us by providing a warm and safe environment for them to take their next step toward Christ. We work to make their experience at The Heights a great one. Guest Services teams strive to make each person feel welcomed and connected.
First Time Visitor Tent Team – Welcome guests outside at the visitor parking area and walk them in.
Greeters – Welcome guests at entrances and assist them in finding their way.
Ushers – Greet guests, provide bulletins and other printed material, collect the offering, and assist with seating.
Information Center – Assist with information and connection to different ministries.
Event Registration – Assist members and guests with registration for all classes and events and with the purchasing of event tickets.
Worship Center Connect Team – Greet and get to know those that are sitting in your assigned section. Make everyone feel welcome and build relationships.
Hospitality Teams (Special Events) – Assist at events requiring use of the kitchen, hosts, laundry, or decorating.
Traffic Teams – Direct traffic flow on and off the campus and assist guests with parking.
Shuttle Teams – Provide transport to special events and activities (CDL with Passenger certification).
