Welcome.

This past year of COVID-19 has left many, if not all of us, reeling emotionally. Sweeping changes have affected nearly every aspect of life. We are dealing with death, poor health, virtual learning, working from home or other job changes all with very little in the tank to process and respond to it. On top of all of the COVID-related stress, we’ve been through a year of social and political unrest and all of that is in addition to the regular stress of bill paying, leaky water heaters, and bad weather. We hope that some of these resources listed below will bring hope and help you refuel your emotional and mental health tank.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 911 or the National Suicide Hotline at 800.273.8255.
