CAMPER REGISTRATION

The Heights Special Needs VBS is a day camp experience designed for elementary age children with intellectual and physical disabilities who would otherwise not be able to participate in a traditional VBS due to their high support needs. Elementary age siblings of these children are invited to participate as well. The dates are July 21-24 9am-12pm, open to 15 elementary aged students and their siblings.

VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION

A volunteer training will be Saturday, July 19 from 10-11:30 in The Neighborhood. Lunch will be served after and volunteers are invited to stay and help with an open house for families whose children are attending VBS from 1:00-2:00.

If you are not currently not serving in the Special Needs Ministry please complete the following steps. Volunteers over 18 will be asked to do a background check if The Heights doesn’t have one on record.

Senior Summit:
Tuesday May 27, 2025 from 6:30-8:30pm. Registration Deadline is May 18, 2025
Cost:$20 per family (student and 2 adults)

Congratulations High School Graduates!! On May 27th from 6:30-8:30pm we will have our Annual Senior Summit. This is a wonderful time for graduating seniors to come together with their parents and church leaders to be encouraged, charged, and poured into during the transition from high school to the next steps of life. This is an intimate time for the graduate and their parents/guardians; no siblings or extended family are invited. Participants are to submit a baby photo and graduation photo by May 18th.

Come join us as we celebrate this year’s graduates. Graduation Sunday is for high School and college graduates.( undergrad & graduate degrees) The ceremony will be held during the beginning of the 11:00 service on June 1st. For our Graduation Sunday Ceremony, we ask that each participant register online no later than May 18th. All graduates are to wear their cap & gown during the church ceremony.

The Heights will be having youth camp at Camp Willow Springs. Camp will be for Middle & High School ( those finishing 6th-12th grade)

KIDnect 2025

DATES: July 7 – July 11, 2025 (9:00 am – 12:00 pm)

Registration opens: March 10, 2025

KIDnect is a week-long summer experience bringing preschoolers together for activities, games, music and fun! Preschoolers will have the opportunity to worship, participate in team building games and create exciting experiments while connecting with old friends and making new ones! KIDnect is for preschoolers ages 3-5. In order to participate, children must turn 3 years old by June 1st and need to be potty trained.

This registration is for volunteering. You must be at least 12 years old to serve in KIDnect.

WINSHAPE CAMPS

DATES: July 7 – July 10, 2025 (8:30 am – 5:00 pm) & July 11, 2025 (8:30 am – 12:00 pm)

WinShape Camps for Communities provides an unprecedented day camp experience for campers that have completed grades K-5th (we are limited to 40 total completed kindergarten campers). Come be a part of this incredible adventure where we combine sports, recreation, arts, Bible study and worship into one incredible week. WinShape Camps provides the most meaningful, safe, unforgettable and fun-filled day camp experience you’ll find anywhere… right here at The Heights.

Registration opens March 10, 2025.

All registrations MUST be done online. There is a 10% discount for siblings. There is a $65 nonrefundable deposit required at the time of online registration. ✔ Camper Scholarships – While many families can cover the $255 camper fee, some cannot. Scholarships help ensure that every child has the opportunity to attend, regardless of financial barriers. Your donation makes these scholarships possible!

✔ Daily Resources – Every day, we provide snacks twice and Icy Juiceys (ice pops) once for approximately 500 campers, volunteers, and staff. These essential items cost about $300 per day, ensuring that campers stay energized and engaged. Your support helps cover these costs.

Wednesday HangTime is a bunch of Jesus and a whole lot of fun! HangTime begins August 30 and runs through the end of May Wednesday evenings from 6 to 8pm here at The Heights. These events, for kids age 2 through 5th grade, are all about fun & fellowship in a safe environment. We will play, we will learn, we will hang out and so much more.
